Our goal is to make Commercial PACE a reality in New Jersey. PACE financing supports both energy conservation and renewables, and saves property owners money while reducing carbon pollution. PACE-supported conservation projects typically achieve 30% efficiency, and renewables project can replace 80-100% of electricity requirements with clean power.
