EPS Capital Corp.

EPS Capital Corp. is a US-based energy efficiency project development and financing company that provides consulting services to ESCOs, end use facility owners, and financial entities in targeted international markets.  The Principals of EPS Capital have been active in the performance contracting ESCO industry since its inception in the U.S. in 1981, and they have formed ESCOs in 10 countries and developed energy efficiency projects (“EEPs”) in over 25 countries.  Most recently, EPS Capital formed and is managing a Hong Kong based subsidiary that is financing EEPs for ESCOs in China and developing EE debt products for several IFIs and NGOs in China and Indonesia.
